Hi! I’m glad you’re here.
I grew up in Westchester, New York, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Mercy University in 2012. My career started in property management, where I handled everything from low-income housing units to high-rise beachfront condos in South Florida. Along the way, I picked up a ton of experience in project management, budgeting, resident relations, and working closely with boards from all kinds of communities.
By 2021, I was ready for a change from the fast-paced Florida lifestyle, so I headed to the mountains of western North Carolina. That move gave me a chance to slow down, fall back in love with nature (hello, weekend hikes and chasing waterfalls), and start fresh. It’s also when I pivoted into a new career as a Virtual Assistant for a world-renowned former FBI Hostage Negotiator. In that role, I coordinated coaching sessions, scheduled corporate trainings, managed billing, supported in-person seminars around the country, and even took care of intellectual property protection.
In 2022, my world shifted when my loving (and absolutely hilarious) husband passed away suddenly. That loss changed everything for me. It made me rethink how I wanted to spend my time, the work I wanted to do, and the kind of life I wanted to create.
That’s when VirtuallyRae was born — from the desire to build something of my own and support entrepreneurs in the ways I knew I could. I take care of the behind-the-scenes details that often get in the way of growth, so my clients can focus on what really matters: the passion that inspired them to start their business in the first place. When they have more time and headspace, they get to dream bigger, create more, and actually enjoy the ride.
Outside of work, I’m “dog mom” to my mischievous (and sometimes sweet) mini dachshund Frank, a yoga lover, a nightly Jeopardy fan, and always testing new recipes in the kitchen. I’m also a proud aunt to a bunch of little ones who light up my world. At the end of the day, I bring the same energy I pour into family, fun, and life into the way I support my clients — with care, creativity, and heart.
